Before the call

What to expect — and how to prepare.

This is a no-pressure conversation, not a pitch. Fifteen minutes to understand what you need and see if we're the right fit. Here's how to get the most out of it.

What will we actually talk about? +
You do most of the talking. We want to understand your situation: what you're trying to achieve, what's currently in the way, and any deadlines or constraints. We'll ask a few technical questions, share an honest first take, and outline what working together could look like. No commitment required.
How should I prepare? +
You don't need a spec or a brief — just clarity on the problem. It helps to have in mind: what's frustrating you right now, what "solved" would look like, and roughly when you need it done. If it's easier to show than tell, have the site or link ready to share on screen.
What's useful to have ready? +
Only if you have them to hand — the URL of the site in question, access details (no need to share passwords on the call), and any error messages, reports, or examples of what you mean. The more concrete, the faster we can give you something useful.
Who will I be talking to? +
A senior engineer — the person who'd actually work on your project. Not a salesperson, not an account manager. You'll get straight technical answers, including "that's not worth doing" if that's the honest call.
What happens after the call? +
If it's a fit, we follow up with a clear scope and a fixed quote — so you know the price before anything starts. If it's not, we'll say so, and point you in a better direction where we can. Either way, there's no obligation.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet? +
That's completely fine — a lot of our best conversations start there. Bring the symptoms ("the site is slow", "something feels off", "we keep breaking things") and we'll help figure out the actual problem underneath.
