Workflow Automation

Stop paying people to copy-paste. We build the robots that do it.

We design and build automations with n8n that connect your tools, move data between them, and run the repetitive work your team shouldn't be doing by hand — reliably, with proper error handling, and fully documented.

01 — THE PROBLEM

The problem this solves.

Every growing business ends up with the same silent tax: someone moving data between systems by hand. Copying orders into a spreadsheet. Re-typing leads into the CRM. Chasing approvals over email. Sending the same report every Monday.

It works — until it doesn’t. It’s slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale without hiring more people to do work a machine should be doing. And because it’s spread across your team, nobody sees the full cost.

02 — WHAT YOU GET

What’s included.

01

Process audit

We map your manual workflows and pick the ones worth automating first — highest pain, lowest risk.

02

Workflow design & build

Custom n8n workflows connecting your tools — CRM, email, Slack, sheets, databases, payment and AI APIs.

03

Error handling & monitoring

Retries, alerts, and fallbacks so a failed run notifies you — instead of silently losing data.

04

Documentation & handover

Every workflow documented and explained, so you're never locked in or dependent on us to change a thing.

03 — HOW IT WORKS

How it works.

01

Discovery

We learn your current process and what "done right" looks like. Free scoping call.

02

Design

We map the workflow, the integrations, and the edge cases before writing anything.

03

Build & test

We build in n8n, test against real data, and handle the failure paths, not just the happy path.

04

Deploy & monitor

Live, monitored, documented. Optional managed care to keep it running.

04 — TOOLS & TECH

The stack behind it.

~12h

The outcome: hours back, every week

A typical automation reclaims a full working day or more per week from a small team — and removes an entire class of copy-paste errors. That time goes back into the work only people can do.

05 — WHO IT’S FOR

Best fit if this sounds like you.

Small teams drowning in manual work

You're spending payroll on tasks a workflow could do in seconds.

Ops & e-commerce

Orders, inventory, fulfilment, and reporting that currently live in spreadsheets.

Agencies & SaaS

Onboarding, lead routing, and reporting you want to run without hiring for it.

08 — FAQ

Common questions.

Self-hosted or cloud n8n? +
Either. Self-hosted keeps everything on your infrastructure with no per-execution fees — usually the better long-term choice. We'll recommend based on your volume and data sensitivity.
Do I own the automations? +
Completely. The workflows run on your n8n instance, they're documented, and you can edit them yourself. No lock-in, no proprietary layer.
What if a workflow breaks? +
Every automation ships with error handling and alerts, so you know immediately. We also offer optional managed care to monitor and maintain them for you.
Can you connect to a tool that has no integration? +
Usually yes. If a tool has an API or webhooks, we can connect it — and if it doesn't, we can often build a custom bridge.
Do you only build on n8n, or can you use Zapier and Make.com too? +
We're tool-agnostic. n8n is our default because it's self-hostable with no per-task fees, but Zapier and Make.com (formerly Integromat) are excellent for lighter, no-code needs and apps they support natively. We recommend the right tool for your volume, budget and team - not the one that suits us.
n8n vs Zapier vs Make.com — which should we use? +
It comes down to volume and control. Zapier is fastest to start with the widest app catalog, but cost scales with task volume. Make.com sits in the middle — more powerful visual workflows at a lower per-operation price. n8n wins when you want to self-host, avoid per-execution fees, handle higher volume, or keep sensitive data on your own infrastructure. We'll tell you honestly where the crossover is — often it's smart to start on Zapier or Make and move to n8n as you scale.
We already use Zapier or Make.com — can you help? +
Yes. We regularly fix, optimize and extend existing Zapier and Make.com setups — untangling automations that grew organically, cutting task costs, adding proper error handling, or migrating the heavy ones to n8n when the per-task bill stops making sense. You don't have to switch tools to work with us.

What are you still doing by hand?

Tell us the process. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating — and what it would take.
